Do you add sales tax on my purchases?
There is no state sales tax on shipments out of Pennsylvania. Orders shipped to customers within PA will be charged sales tax in the amount of 6.00% which will be added to your order during checkout. Those in Allegheny County will be charged 7.00%.

Do you ship overseas?
Depending on the items you want to order, we may be able to ship overseas. We are unable to ship strollers and furniture items overseas. Due to increasing overseas credit card fraud, we only accept paypal or bank transfer payment for overseas orders. Please email us at info(at)littlebabyshoes.com should you wish to place an order shipping ovesreas.
Is my credit card and personal information secure on your site?
Little Baby Shoes uses the industry's highest level of encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information. Specifically, every page in the ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128bit encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. All credit card info is automatically deleted after 30 days for further security purposes.
Can I pay by personal check?
Yes, but please note that shipment will go out after the check is cleared, which will
normally add 3-5 business days to the regular delivery time. Please email us with your order, and we will email you with our mailing address. Once your check is cleared, we will send out your shipment.
Do you take order by the phone?
Yes, call us at (888) 618-0788 during 10 am – 5 pm (EST), 5 days a week, and we will be happy to
assist you. We return all phone messages within 24 hours.
Do you gift wrap your products?
No. From customers' feedback, we feel that gift wrapping is unnecessary since most items come with its own nice gift packaging (see product description). All items are shipped securely in a box.
The style I want is out of stock or doesn’t have my size. Can you help?
Yes, we will be very glad to help. Just email us and let us know what you are searching. We can place a custom order for you, and in many cases, shipment can be arranged immediately so there is no delay.
Why are some shoes sizes not in stock?
We plan our inventory according to the market demand. In some cases, the size gap between two sizings of a brand is very small, so we opt for the next size. This is based on feedback from our customers. But we can always order the right size for you. Just send us an email with your request.
How do you measure feet size?
In order to get the perfect fit, we suggest measuring the feet size by standing the child up.
Allow ½ - 1 cm (¼” – ½”) extra when selecting shoe size. Also measure the size every time before you buy the shoes.
