General Return Guidelines:
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. For items that we offered free shipping options, a 20% restocking fee will be levied, and this fee will be deducted from the refund.
We do NOT accept return/exchange for items purchase at discount/sale price. During special promotions, all sales are final.
All returns or exchange for Cariboo, LilleBaby, Jennifer Delonge, BOB Gear, Mia Moda, Micralite, Sunshine Kids, SVAN products, RECARO, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
We do not accept return on Argington furniture. If it is defective, we will replace the damaged part free of charge.
All returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging and not worn.
Please exercise care when you send us back the returned items, as we only accept items in resellable condition.
All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which is supplied to customer by us. Without the RMA#, our warehouse would not be able to identify your order and would not be able to process the return. We will refuse shipment if there is no RMA or the returned package does not comform to the requirements above. Please email us at

Please include the following information: your name, order # or shipping address, and item that you'd like to return/exchange This information is necessary for us to issue a RMA#.
Shipping fee is nonrefundable for any return. When a customer orders an item and receives the free shipping service, any or all items returned will be subjected to the original shipping charge; therefore the shipping portion will be charged to the customer (and/or any restocking fee if applicable), minus the items being returned.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping.
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the return shipping to us, but we will pay for the shipment of the new merchandise to you. Please allow up to 2 weeks after you ship your products to us for processing. It can take up to 10 days for us to receive the products, and a few more days to process the exchange.
No unauthorized returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Please have your invoice number ready if you call, or if you choose to email us, please include your invoice number in the email along with the reason for your return or exchange. We will be prompt with an answer and solution to your concerns.
